There’s no tiptoeing around this, Cow Tipping Creamery has the best soft serve ice cream I’ve had in Dallas. The concept is pretty simple; you select your soft serve ice cream (vanilla or whatever they have for that day) and then choose your toppings. The thing is, the toppings are not like what you get when you get a snow cone or walk into the millions of frozen yogurt shops popping up around every metropolitan city. These are gourmet toppings that you’re honestly just going to have to not think about calories, diet or exorcise.
I selected a medium waffle cone with vanilla soft serve. For the toppings, I chose the honey dusted pecans and rummy caramel. There was all sorts of goodness in this sweet treat. Texas is too hot so I basically took pictures, ate the top and watched it melt down my hands. That’s life but also completely perfect because I’m lactose intolerant and not supposed to eat this. So good.
Another option, medium soft serve in a cup with the brown sugar hot fudge and honey dusted pecans. This was chocolaty goodness too. I just tasted this one but if I could’ve eaten the whole thing, I would.
