I noticed Earls Kitchen + Bar last time I was driving through Legacy West. If ever you want to feel like you’ve teleported to a cool Los Angeles eatery or maybe meeting friends in London, this is the place to go. The food and drink options will accommodate any palate and it’s presented so beautifully.
The Chips and Guacamole are the perfect sharable size starter. You can never go wrong with avocados so these are ideal when you are just getting started.
Truffle Fries. These are so good. I mean… there wasn’t a crumb left when we got to the bottom. The dipping sauce was just the right blend.
Earls’ Chipotle Chicken Tacos are mouthwateringly delicious. I ate one without adding lime juice and the second I added. Honestly, they don’t need anything at all. The chef knew what he was doing when he made this.
Aperol Spritz is a go-to cocktail for me. You might’ve noticed I had several in Barcelona. This one wasn’t nearly as potent but with the Texas heat, it was all I needed. Other drinks I saw that I want to try: Frozen Pink Lemonade and the Strawberry Margarita. I saw several Pink Lemonades while I was dining and a pitcher of the Strawberry Margarita. I am judging by how quickly they disappeared but I think they were good.
