It’s been a few weeks but while I was strolling the streets of Paris during the holidays, I stopped by every Christmas market I encountered mostly to eat, but also peruse the different vendors selling local treats. Depending on which market you visit, you might find more food but some sell jewelry, knives, ornaments, spices, and soaps.
Hand-painted ornaments can be memorable because each one is unique and they remind me of the places I’ve traveled.
Now that I’ve had time to really enjoy one of these soaps, I can wholeheartedly say these are one of the best finds. Trying to explain the calming and alluring fragrance of each of the soaps is simply impossible. I could choose from several scents and make up my own gift box.
One of the best parts of the markets is the music. I won’t post all of the videos here but I really enjoyed staying and listening to local artists perform at night.
