Do you have a wish list of skincare products? I do. It’s a never-ending list of products I want to get around to testing once I’ve used some of the things I already have. I am a bit of a minimalist so I don’t hoard cabinets and drawers full of unused products. My Amazon account does have a long “Save for Later” list though. I received a gift card and finally decided to order some items on that list (my current skincare problems inspired this… not even joking).
I used the last of my Douglas Beauty masks from Vienna while I was in D.C., so it was a great time to try out new masks. I have had my eye on Andalou Naturals for some time. With all of the utter crap going on, what better time to try natural products. No parabens or icky chemicals needed.
Brightening, Anti-Aging, Firming… all of it is welcome. I don’t really discriminate in the type of mask. If my skin is dry from intense products attacking pimples… I will hydrate. If my skin is dull from all the sun at the beach… I will work on brightening. And I am no longer a young twenty-something, so at all times I am focused on anti-aging. Add in stress from my career (or turning on the news) and I definitely need to work on anti-aging. Sheesh!
These masks are heavenly. I felt refreshed and my skin was plump and soft. Not like dried out or sticky. It was a nice recovery from the beating my face has taken after a lot of traveling and planes full of coughing strangers.
